“Although in stock it took four days for them to dispatch my goods, they said my delivery would be trackable but it wasn't, I queried this with customer services but they ignored my questions and just gave me the dispatch date which I already knew.”

“The Instax mini 8 was a bit cheaper on fotosense compared to other sites. I paid for next day delivery as it was a present and it came bang on time. This is the first time I have shopped with fotosense and had a great experience, would definitely buy from them again.”

“The camera was as I expected but came set up with Japanese or Chinese menus. It was only because I had another Sony DSC RX100 that I was able to change the language back to English. Much of the information on the box was also in Chinese or Japanese. Strange! I tried to phone Fotosense about this two separate days (albeit at 16:45) but got a recorded message explaining that the shop was closed.”

“Ordered a camera in the morning delivered pm the next day very good delivery service could almost track the delivery to the minute. The camera was competively priced plus 3 years free warranty, my only disappointment was when I checked the price the following day it had been reduced.”

“I recently purchased a Nikon p600 camera from fotosense , although I have not had much opertunity to use it. I was very happy with the service I received and communication with the company, everything I ordered was despatched promptly and efficiently . I would have no hesitation in purchasing any more items as everything arrived safely and well packaged.”
