“I needed a spare Quick release base to fit a Velbon tripod. I identified the Code number, but found that different supliers have totally incompatible items under the same ID. Called FotoSENSE who recognised the problem and identified the correct item which they also had in stock. I would recommend FotoSENSE as providers of an excellent service.”

“Excellent Service: I chose free delivery, expecting to wait several days or more, but the camera was sent out by 24 hour service extremely well packed. (Unfortunately the carrier, DPD, did not fulfil its role and the parcel arrived one day late, but no blame can be attached to Fotosense for this).”
