“First time customer... When my order got stuck in transit with a courier due to an inconsistency between the address and postcode - you would think the courier would use the phone details to contact me or simply look up the address - FotoSense remedy the postcode issue with the courier and got my order delivered the next day. That's great customer service for you. Will recommend FotoSense to my friends and will definitely be considering as a preferred supplier for future purchases.”
