“GOOD: Price. BAD: Ordered three items showing as in-stock on the web site. Got an email to say two were on their way but one was on back order and the estimated delivery date was a month away. Sent an email, got no reply. Tried calling, phone never answered. A few weeks went by and then I got another email to say that the item would now arrive in a couple of months, three months after the order was placed! I tried phoning and this time got through. The woman I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would look into it and I would get an update email later that day. No email arrived. However, about a week later I got an email from Royal Mail to say they were delivering a parcel from FotoSense and the next day the remaining part of my order turned up. My feedback to FotoSense is this - your communication skills are appalling and I won't be shopping with you again in case I encounter similar problems.”

“I bought a B+W filter. It arrived 9 days after order, so slow shipping. The seal had been slit, so the filter was probably a returned item, which is not how it was advertised. The filter had quite a bit of dust on it, which in my experience, is very unusual for B+W filters. Not happy. I have kept it as it doesn't actually look scored or damaged. I won't be buying from Fotosense again.”
