“Item ordered arrived late (was a gift) as stated postage (48hr) was not used. Item returned for refund but would not refund postage costs even though it was their fault. Terrible customer service with very off-hand replies. AVOID.”

Hi, We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. Looking back at the emails from this order, it was indeed posted using 48 hour courier but the issue was with Royal Mail holding the delivery up after it left us. Cheers Charlie
