I opened a $2000 account, the trade I made was during the news. I placed two trades buy stop at 10pips from current price with SL of 25pips and sell stop at 10pips from current price and SL of 25pips with lot 2.2...
First, a sell stop was opened, then a sudden buy started. Instead of closing the sell stop at the set SL or max at minus 40 pips, for me the SL closes at minus 100 pips where my account goes into the minus, which is not according to the contract, because fpmarkets should protect against negative balance. And they didn't even open the buy stop at the entry price, it already went into the red.
I asked the FPMarkets broker that we have two options: to credit me with both trades at the set prices where I would be in the plus $1500 or to return my account with the amount it was before that trade.
After exchanging emails, they refunded me a measly $100, which is a shame.

I have all the reasons to believe that FP Markets company has faced financial problems and cannot get back the deposits to clients and pay profits. I urge all traders to take away their investments from the FP Markets company before it is too late!
Everything that I will write here is proved by screenshots, statements and video records. I'm ready to show any proof of my words, which the forex community requests.
Please note, that FPMarkets company stole my deposit and profit on 29th May 2024 and maybe traders will have time to withdraw and keep their money! I think that companies like FPMarkets do not fail as fast as small forex companies.
I have been a client of FP Markets company for 5 months already.
In FP Markets I did the following financial operations:
I deposited exactly 16 times for a total amount of 85,205 USD
I withdrew exactly 14 times for a total amount of 103,738 USD.
My biggest withdrawal was exactly 42,261 USD (May 10, 2024).
After my biggest withdrawal, I haven't traded with FP Markets for 6 days and my account balance was 0,00.
My largest deposit was 17 695 USD
I completed the following trading operations in the FP Markets:
- I executed 377 trading operations in total with a total volume of 264.05 lots;
- Trading operations were executed only on the XAUUSD instrument;
- the most unprofitable position was in the amount of -$7514 (April 23, 2024, see screenshot);
- the most profitable position was of $7990 (May 06, 2024);
- the most short-term position is 9 minutes and 40 seconds;
- the longest-term position is 14 hours and 15 minutes.
- As I mentioned earlier, I hadn't traded with FP Markets between 10 May and 16 May, as I withdrew all funds from FPMarkets for the reason that, FPMarkets reduced the leverage of my trading account #9481295 from 1:500 to 1:1.
The company FPMarkets explained to me, that there was a bug in their system, and it won't happen again (I have a letter from FPMarkets, but can't add a screenshot here).
After that, I returned to the company, funded my trading account with $2500, and continued trading:
. I made two withdrawals in the amount of -$1684 and -$542
.I traded some unprofitable transactions;
. Deposited my trading account again three times for amounts of $2766, $5030, and $5285;
. I had a profit of $11,432;
- and FP Markets blocked my Personal Area!
THEN:
FP Markets company cut out my profit and my last deposits exactly of 26,357$ from my trading account #9481295 using a balance operation.
I received an email from FP Markets (I have a letter from FPMarkets, but can't add a screenshot here)

"These actions, including but not limited to pip-hunting, scalping, and exploitation of feed discrepancies, are expressly forbidden and contrary to the spirit of fair trading we strive to uphold. We note that these actions can potentially harm our system's infrastructure and take unfair advantage of how we construct our bid/offer prices.
In accordance with our policy, FPMarkets reserves the right to nullify past and future profits from any account where abusive trading has been detected. We have made the decision to invoke this right and therefore will nullify the profits associated with your accounts. Furthermore, we will proceed to terminate all associated trading accounts, as per our policy.
It is to be explicitly stated that the trading profit amounting to $26,357.53 associated with account number 9481295 will be deducted immediately."
In this letter, they accused me of something I have never done. due to this situation, I had to turn to !!fosterboon.org!! for assistance in effectively addressing and resolving the matter i got a refuund”
