The perfume came damaged and just because the delivery box wasn't wet, I wasn't granted a refund or replacement. It doesn't even make sense because the tin the perfume came in was SEALED and the damaged perfume was stuck in the tin. Scummy company, I'm out of money for no reason now

Paid extra for fast delivery so I can get my item on time. Took 4 days to do the dispatch so I ended up having the present I intended to give to my friend several days later. The only company in the world that doesn't advise an estimated dispatch time anywhere on the website or mention it will take days or weeks when you place the order. Also the only UK so called company taking more than 2 days tk dispatch an item in my experience

Almost certain that the eau de toilette that I received is not an authentic product. Loses perfume in half an hour despite application of a large amount. I won't return it as it's too much hassle but I won't use them again and would not recommend anyone else to.
No complaint about delivery time though.

I decided to bite the bullet & place my 1st order through their website. It took me 2 phone calls and a web chat to confirm that no only had they not sent my order but that they were unable to even find it on their records.
This was despite paying extra for the next day delivery and the order value being close to £100! I'm now waiting to see how long I have to wait for a refund.
