Bought a perfume that lost is fragrance, 1 hour of used and the smell was gone. Contacted the customer service and I sent the perfum back and after that no more contact was done, no refund was made... Rubish system they have, so careful when dealing with them

I ordered a mascara and it came unsealed and dried up. It clearly was not new and the customer service is appalling. Will not be using this company ever again and strongly advise against using this company.

Absolutely ridiculous. Very poor service. I would never use or recommend this company. Ordered a next day item over £100 and still haven’t received 4 days later. My wife ordered on a standard the next day and has received. I have not been informed of them looking into where my parcel has gone missing. Royal Mail tracking only tells me I will receive more information. Joke!
