“I ordered these walking boots for my son. They arrived the day they were supposed to and he loves them. They are exactly the same boots as on other sites for alot more. I will be coming back when I need some more walking boots. Thank you”

“I ordered a pair of regatta trousers size 12. They arrived in packaging size 12 and as I have 2 other pairs of these trousers size 12 I did not try them on and it was several weeks later when I came to wear them that I found the sewn in label was size 14 not 12 as stated on the label. Franticeleix allowed me to return them without the original packaging or invoice and have since replaced them with the corect size. I had expected problems due to the fact I wanted an exchange well out of the 14 day period and I have been very impressed with how this company handled by problem and would use them again and recommend them to others.”
