“Product very good as always, however delivery driver rang doorbell once and then left parcel on steps outside building where it could have been taken. I feel he should have either waited just a little longer or rang my phone to check I was there.”

“Excellent delivery, lovely drinks. 1 star off because the packaging is so huge and therefore you can't just keep them stored in the boxes, having said that the packaging was safe and secure for the glass bottles so I suppose you can't have everything. Would order again as I do like the drinks and I have never seen them in the supermarket.”

Thank you for the honest review. We have worked really hard over the years to get the packaging just right. It is a little bulky, but we recently had a suggestion for re-using it - grow saplings in them.

“Delivery driver would not help , didn’t want him to enter the house, just lift onto raised part of threshold so that I could drag box inside. Started to ask for above, but jumped in without me even managing to get the request out. This is because I have arthritis.”

“Absolutely fine, may I suggest a) more promo codes. b) sending out the new plastic bottles rather than the glass ones. c) getting the delivery company to be more accurate with their position, as a different company provides a better map and also how many drops before mine”

“I enjoy all the flavours that I purchased but I find they are to expensive for me to continue purchase I bought a 24 cranberry earlier then I purchased 24 of the mixed flavours but I will have to look about to get a cheaper product probable not as good as Frobishers but on a small pension I have to cut back”

“The only thing I would say is the packaging, which to me seemed extremely excessive. For three bottles I have a full-size cardboard box with dividers and paper netting- which just isn't necessary. Otherwise I'm very happy - although the p&P adds considerably to the cost of the order”
