“This was overall a good purchase however I'm still waiting to hear back from company as the flag post was snapped and the one of the white stoppers underneath was missing”

“Got this for 8 year old for Christmas, arrived when they said it would and so far all is well. My son loves it and the battery lasts longer than I thought it would, the only slight negative is the seat keeps working itself loose which is a little annoying. Hopefully it will keep working for a long time!!”

“I bought this product for my daughter for Christmas the bike was great a bit small as my daughter is 10 and is a little big for it but besides that the charger did not work which means the bike is no good at all without a charger i am waiting for a reply but disgusted as it was a Christmas present and my daughter can not go on it.”

“Poor customer service abrupt and unhelpful responses and then they just stopped responding all together. The remote control for the car is very flimsy and unresponsive. Car makes a loud buzzing sound - instructions where for a similar car but not the one I ordered some parts did not even show in the instruction hence putting it together was a guessing game. Car looks stunning but that's about as far as it goes.”

“This is a Christmas present so it's not been build up just yet. Have been in box and everything is there and numbered which will hopefully ease building it up. Prompt delivery and always kept informed. Can't wait to start building”

“I haven't received my purchase yet so as it stands I would rate the service as poor as I expected my order to arrive within a couple of days as stated on the website. I have now been told that the item is out of stock and my money transferred back, was told this by email 3 days before Christmas with no offer of a different colour of style and no phone call!!! Have got a very disappointed little girl on Christmas Day now”
