“Second time ordering from this company and both times it has been a disaster. After placing my order on 28/03/20 with all items showing as in stock, I was even able to select a delivery date for the following week. After multiple emails pushing back my delivery date, it ultimately took them 73 days to finally delivery my order. 73 days.
Completely appreciate there are some delays expected due to COVID19, I work in international shipping, but all of the goods I ordered were showing as in stock and available for delivery. Please be aware, just because an item is showing as in stock does not mean it is available. On multiple occasions I received an email the day before it was due to be delivered, pushing back the delivery date.
What makes it worse is the only reason I went back to them is because I received a voucher after they messed up delivery of my first order (pre-COVID)!
Quality of goods is alright for the money but honestly, it's not worth the aggravation. If you can, spend a little more elsewhere and save yourself a headache.”

We recently bought a Shoe Rack with them and I have to accept that it looks exactly as advertised. Classy! Having said that, we did feel that a few steps involved were rather complex to install for a shoe rack. But eventually we got there.

“Only one delivery showed up, the other items (2 dining chairs) failed to be delivered 3 times. No information provided from furniture123.co.uk on delivery as the chairs were coming from a 3rd party supplier. In the end I just cancelled the order and got a refund.
Would not buy from them again.”
