“Horrible customer service. Seems to be a third party answering service. Item not delivered on time so I called to follow up. Person was unhelpful, sounded bored and was even sighing lots! They couldn't chase my order themselves and had to pass on a message to Head Office. They never got back to me to let me know what was happening despite saying that they would. Item turned up a few days later.”
“Less than a year ago, I purchased a sofa from Futon, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Within months, the sofa developed an annoying squeaking noise. Upon inspection, we discovered that all four fittings were broken, which seemed highly unusual.
Reaching customer support was a nightmare. Phone calls went unanswered, and emails took days for a response. Finally, after numerous attempts, we agreed to replace the damaged fittings. However, the customer service representative (Ian) refused to provide two sets of fittings, which I found bizarre considering the minimal cost and the potential for future issues.
Overall, my experience with Futon has been disappointing. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, and their solutions are inadequate. I strongly believe they need to invest in a more customer-focused team that can resolve issues efficiently and effectively. I would not recommend purchasing from them”
