“Somehow my PIN doesn't work. I cannot withdraw my funds. For 5 months I have had this nightmare and customer support said they emailed me within 24 hours every time I contacted them but they didn't. I have no clue how I can get my money now. It is like a trap my money got in and I can take it out. I am extremely annoyed. I need my money. The email has never come, not even in the spam. The link you sent me, I spoke to an agent who just directed me to their telegram channel, which I can not talk to anyone again. No HELP again.
