“Many of the reviews that are 4 and 5 stars I am very sure most are fake reviews because I have been unable to withdraw my £1000 for 3 months! I have shown proof of where the money has came from and have did everything they have asked for and yet am unable to withdraw my money. When I ask for somebody to call they don’t and only respond with a vague email and when my account was first opened I received a call from a acccount manager and since wanting to take my money back I haven’t been able to receive help from a call even though I have been asking for 3 months. Have reported them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG company, they helped a friend of mine to withdraw her money when she had a similar problem on this platform.”

“I invested 50,000 and they claimed I’ll get a bonus when my balance is traded up to 100,000. It happened quickly but when I wanted to withdraw, they asked me to pay tax and I refused so my account got blocked. I’ve never had to pay money to withdraw from a trading platform or financial platform ever! I found some real reviews about their platform with similar complaints and everyone wants their money. “I have done withdrawal and the csu suspended. This deposit was very long time ago about 5 to 6 months ago and i closed the local bitcoin account. When i withdraw,They send my email to verified and send me withdrawal code yet like a robot not attending to my issue and release my withdrawal. i agree to send my id and current crypto account yet dont to withdrawal. I strongly feel this exchange taking the money of us and disallow for withdrawal. Forcing us to forget about our withdrawal. Withdrawal verify code suppose no issue. Event binance not so difficult. Very bad customer service not supportive and not solving problem worse waiting 7days of thier reply in email. No promt account. This exchange to be ban. Please dont use this exchange alot of manipulation, I have to use the service of SEEKRAIL.COM before I could get my money back with immediate effect.”

“SCAM SCAM.. Beware of this company and their trading platform; it's a scam! I was lured in by their promises of an automated trading system. “11 Acted very charming. Avoid making an error! Never trust them with your fund.They will first trick you into thinking you are generating money, but as soon as they put pressure on you to make large deposits, they will make sure you lose them all and then prevent you from contacting them. I was mistreated by them, and I came dangerously close to losing everything.I made many attempts to contact assistance, but they were never available. I asked them several times, but they never responded. “They tell you not to click take profit nor a stop loss as "they are your stop loss". But they won't contact you when you're in a deep negative! And once you close all your positions and want to withdraw the balance, you cannot! so i reported them to SEEKRAIL.COM helped me retrieve my money back from these brokers including my profit”

“In my case have sent all my documents and everything was in order, however they have deleted my account and didnt allow me withdraw. Which i never saw coming cause i felt it was all real, only for me to realize they were only after their own gain and their aim was to take all my money i invested. “Every time I post they send asking for more details e.g. name, phone number, reference number etc but they know all this already. So Linda constantly highlight her name in the posts saying its against policies. Also, I remembered very well that Linda so disgusting in the manner that she speaks that she said I tarnishing her name. But is it that she tarnishing her own name with scamming and thieving people money and with just LIES. If not for SEEKRAIL. COM that helped me to collect out my investment money, I will still be stuck with them holding my money.”

“Very wide spreads as compared to brokers like other broker(not their promoter). Its actually double which means if you scalp or anything you lose alot on fxapollo than on other brokers with less spreads. “I started with fxapollo in Nov 23' . I invested a little over 30k and here 10 months later my account sits at 17k. I spent the 12k in initial fee to start up with the account and continue to get hit with the 150.00 a month fee for what? My account along with several of their other clients was blown. No thoughts of waving fees after your Bot lost a huge amount of funds. I'm being told I cant even cancel until I close out of my huge drawdown trades. Terrible customer service for a company that have received alot of my money. It was FOSTERBOON.ORG that make sure I got back what's mine.”
