“Choosing a broker is a real adventure to me. Don't know whether all the traders face difficulty when they are about to join a new broker, but for me it's at least - quest. Found this one accidentally, just clicked on the website and I was really interested in something that this company offers.
Started with the fxcc demo account, and the support team helped me to sort out in opening an account (had a problem with it's creation, but, nevermind, this is the fault of the internet provider).
Spreads seem to me rather low, at least, lower than I had spreads, provided by my previous broker. Pip calculator is also acceptable, I can't trade without having calculators because accuracy always prevails over other insignifcant things, so I fastly sorted out how to interact with the calculators. I don't calculate margin usually, as I have no need...
Platform response is also quick, I had no delays, freezes and lags. As for the requotes and slippages, then didn't face them yet. Maybe there were couple of ones, but they were so minor as I didn't even notice them.
Eventually, decided to continue trading with this company as it's comparatively strong mediator for traders. Everything is available here what an ordinary trader needs daily.”
