“Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet and ran into troubles. Their withdrawal policy states "Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initial deposited amounts. Profits will be withdrawn using Bank Wire Transfer or a crypto wallet." I have funded my account from a crypto wallet ($10K) and a bank card ($10K). Based on the above withdrawal policy, I should be able to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet and $10K to my card, then further withdrawals can be sent to either. I attempted to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet as I needed the crypto funds urgently, and was told "as per our withdrawal policy all refunds must go to your card first, then to other methods."
