“I must say, support here really save my day. I was stuck with withdrawal problem and not know what happen. I contact them and they so quick reply, maybe 5 min only. Very kind person help me step by step, no rush, no ignore. I feel they care for me. After that all done smooth. I feel safe with them now, support team really top level for me.”

“On the good side, this platform is reliable and runs smoothly. I traded for a week and have nothing to complain about. Regarding the trading conditions, they can do a better job, but if you choose the standard account and trade forex, it can be a good choice. For the ECN account, the costs are a bit on the high side - they should review the $4.5 trading fee per lot per side. Also, it is worth mentioning that they offer a great deposit bonus, which is one of the main reasons I opened an account here”

“I have only tried about three brokers before this, I can already tell you that fxcess is most definitely NOT a scam broker. Their website does look a little underwheling and the MT4 being the only platform available is a bit of a bummer, but they execute on what they promise. As a beginner, simplicity and transparent conditions matter to me a lot more”

“It was much better trading at their 0 spread account. Spreads on standard is only for swing traders.”

“I came here for their zero spreads account. If you compare it to similar options at the marker, you’ll understand why it was my choice. $4.5 per round turn, at the same time, keeping 1:500 flexible leverage, it was a juicy deal. Conditions are for real good over there. I managed two accounts. One ECN zero spreads for scalping, sometimes playing with highest leverage. The second standard one was for swing trading. If you know how to manage, it is possible to get a swap free account. Still, the broker was poor when it came to features. Only one MT4 terminal, no copy trading, no good analytics”

“Fxcess has two types of accounts, I chose an ECN account. But dammn... I didn’t know that it charges commissions for trades, $4,5 per lot round-turn??!! Come on guys, it should be decreased, imho.”

“I have been trading here for almost 4months. What I noticed, very good conditions, like promised at the ECN account. For real, 0 spreads. MT4, nonetheless, has lack of indicators for my strategy.”

“Classic trading account is ideal for me, yeah, spreads might not be appealing for someone like me but the most important thing is that there are zero commissions for trades. I really hate paying fees for opening and closing positions, I would better trade with wide and standard spreads than paying something that I can avoid. So far I’m trading stocks and it’s going pretty well for me.”
