“As far as I can tell - they care about the customer.I used to bombard them with my questions and concerns about MT4 performance, and they took every instance seriously and professionally. Sometimes i caught myself thinking i was waay too overwhelming but NO - support was very patient and accurate with feedback.Left me appeased and satisfied.Nice service.”

“My honest review about thisbroker: + good selection of instruments, I trade not many but what I need is there so I respect that + withdrawals and deposits are looking good, all the tradtional and some crypto payment options too for those who like it, i personally donot I prefer bank transfer + accounts are a lot, though canbe confusing at first but then if you make some research and spend some time you can really fnd the one that fits you most + support is ok and they answer on tim,e if you contact them Minus: - sometimes spreads get highfor majors like gbp/jpy”

“All in all, my trading journey has been great so far. I’m just an average forex pairs enjoyer, and I can usually take both swing trades or find opportunities within the day, but the fees didn’t bother me much, which is the main advanatge. The obvious spikes were during the high impact news, but I can let it go, because I don’t take trades during the releases anyway... As for the services they offer, it's not bad. The support might be slow during busy hours, but they still tend to answer questions relatively quick. Usually the answer doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to wait.”

“This platform and trading central…. What a dope combo that made my trading easier and a bit better. Checking the trading central sentiment analysis before each session has become part of my trading routine and this has helped me to avoid overtrading. “Opened an account here like a month ago and used their generous deposit bonus offer. Maybe this was the main reason i decided to give them a try and trade a bit more risky style with a few indices like us500 and us30… in general it’s okay, the terms are pretty standard. Withdrawals worked well, too”

“I got sick of flashy brokers, everyone promises “tight spreads”. Sure, until volatility hits and they widen like the Red Sea, but to my amusement, FxGiants exceeded my expectations. I was trading on a live floating spread account, and when Jerome Powell made his speech, the market really was wild, prices fluctuated around 5-10% within a few hours. And even so, spreads remained stable on most major currencies, this broker keeps things realistic unlike many other brokers. My pending orders were executed with slight slippage which is normal in such situations, I didn’t have big losses yet.”
