“As far as I can tell - they care about the customer.I used to bombard them with my questions and concerns about MT4 performance, and they took every instance seriously and professionally. Sometimes i caught myself thinking i was waay too overwhelming but NO - support was very patient and accurate with feedback.Left me appeased and satisfied.Nice service.”

“Lots of currency pairs pressented. There are major pairs as well as exotic pairs, which I enjoy trading once in a while. The fees differ obviously, but they remain steady throughout the day.”

“My honest review about thisbroker: + good selection of instruments, I trade not many but what I need is there so I respect that + withdrawals and deposits are looking good, all the tradtional and some crypto payment options too for those who like it, i personally donot I prefer bank transfer + accounts are a lot, though canbe confusing at first but then if you make some research and spend some time you can really fnd the one that fits you most + support is ok and they answer on tim,e if you contact them Minus: - sometimes spreads get highfor majors like gbp/jpy”

“All in all, my trading journey has been great so far. I’m just an average forex pairs enjoyer, and I can usually take both swing trades or find opportunities within the day, but the fees didn’t bother me much, which is the main advanatge. The obvious spikes were during the high impact news, but I can let it go, because I don’t take trades during the releases anyway... As for the services they offer, it's not bad. The support might be slow during busy hours, but they still tend to answer questions relatively quick. Usually the answer doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to wait.”

“This platform and trading central…. What a dope combo that made my trading easier and a bit better. Checking the trading central sentiment analysis before each session has become part of my trading routine and this has helped me to avoid overtrading. I trade now only the assets that are included in the opening sessions analysis”

“I got sick of flashy brokers, everyone promises “tight spreads”. Sure, until volatility hits and they widen like the Red Sea, but to my amusement, FxGiants exceeded my expectations. I was trading on a live floating spread account, and when Jerome Powell made his speech, the market really was wild, prices fluctuated around 5-10% within a few hours. And even so, spreads remained stable on most major currencies, this broker keeps things realistic unlike many other brokers. My pending orders were executed with slight slippage which is normal in such situations, I didn’t have big losses yet.”

“By trading on their platform, I mainly use only two types of orders: -buy limit -sell limit As you understand, I never open market orders. And I gotta say the order execution is really fast.”

“Fine cusstomer service, maybe cause they're from UK or maybe they like when you talk with them politely. I never curse or raise my tone (with exclamation points or such !!!!!&&), never do that. And that way, you get treated well, and they even help you with account setup, and I even got bonus rules explained to me, without havign to read pdf. Positive xp so far, maybe thats in part because of me.”

“Exactly what I wanted was mt4 algo robots and a nice account to save on fees. The broker gave it to both. Absolute zero account with 0.2 staring spreads was a perfect fit in day trading Niceee😎”

“I thought crypto is the best way to withdraw money here because of the speed, but I was wrong 😂 Visa method is still goated, as there I can spend the money or keep it in the, like I don’t have to do anything. However, with crypto it was a whole different story. I withdrew to usdt, speed is instant, but then I still had to withdraw to real fiat, where I lost some money due to currency rates lmao”

“Didnt approve of tradingcentral in the beginning but they may be onto something with this integration. This free trial gave me realnice insights and I think if you can add it to your analysis its gonna be more help than distraction. appreciate this broker for staying up do date with updates like this, and that sprweads are always reliable.”

“Very friendly support… They helped me choose an account type and what I like . They didn’t just respond to me open this account and start trading, but advised me to trade first on a demo to get familiar with the platform and markets. “I like this for trading my majors. Hadly ever even reaches 1.5 pips here. Right now: EURUSD 1.16345 1.16356 - 1.1 GBPUSD 1.33908 1.3392 - 1.2 USDJPY 148.611 148.622 - 1.1 AUDUSD 0.65091 0.65104 - 1.3 EURCHF 0.93671 0.93688 - 1.7 This is not bad at all, no matter how you look on it.”
