Basically, the beginning of trading started from their platform. Not a bad broker, simple to get use and many forex pairs at an affordable price for trading. What I can’t really understand is why they don’t update the platform, where the trades are placed and all analysis is done. The broker itself look cutting-edge, but its platform came like from middle ages… okay from the time of first PCs.

As far as I can tell - they care about the customer.I used to bombard them with my questions and concerns about MT4 performance, and they took every instance seriously and professionally. Sometimes i caught myself thinking i was waay too overwhelming but NO - support was very patient and accurate with feedback.Left me appeased and satisfied.Nice service.

Fine cusstomer service, maybe cause they're from UK or maybe they like when you talk with them politely. I never curse or raise my tone (with exclamation points or such !!!!!&&), never do that. And that way, you get treated well, and they even help you with account setup, and I even got bonus rules explained to me, without havign to read pdf. Positive xp so far, maybe thats in part because of me.
