They assured me that i could but in reality i couldn't instead they revealed that i could only get my money only if i paid a few thousand dollars extra.i refused and refuted this immediately.I was unable to make a withdrawal until I I got wrote on a a complaint i filed to Upclaim.Org. they were served a dispute notice , I was able to get my all back in a few days.

“Seemed so great and attentive untill it was time to liquidate. Once fees were paid then all requests fell on deaf ears. Brian Carmichael, Jason Banks, Michael Carter were not responsive. Communication is incredibly poor.
Constant things keep coming up stopping the withdraw process more and more fees requested and a month later still no funds delivered.

“Good exchange, very cheap withdraws. Withdraws usually just take 1-2 mins and they are sent.
Sometimes (when market is at heavy load), it could take up to an hour. But they always deliver.
Dont know what the other guys doing here giving such negative feedback.
