We did get a phone call after I wrote my first review from a Jared who stated they would investigate our situation and were on our side.
On our side??? Far from the truth he told us we would only be getting our capital back but this would take time.
WE HAVE NOT SEEN A DIME.
This company delays and delays on purpose to suit the new legal document they put on the company website recently (after we initially invested)
Jared became blaming and tried to turn the the experience to our own fault and stated we would have to pay more fees.
RUDE, ARROGANT, THEIVES.

“Seemed so great and attentive untill it was time to liquidate. Once fees were paid then all requests fell on deaf ears. Brian Carmichael, Jason Banks, Michael Carter were not responsive. Communication is incredibly poor.
Constant things keep coming up stopping the withdraw process more and more fees requested and a month later still no funds delivered.
We are still trying to get our savings of 50grand+ back and need to band together with others who have been tricked and stolen from. Keep your eys out for my YouTube video, tiktok, Twitter etc. Let's connect and bring this false company down.”
“Good exchange, very cheap withdraws. Withdraws usually just take 1-2 mins and they are sent.
Sometimes (when market is at heavy load), it could take up to an hour. But they always deliver.
Dont know what the other guys doing here giving such negative feedback.
Im using this exchange a lot (besides binance, kraken, bitfinex and huobi).
Im feeling safe on this exchange. Just the UI sometimes could be improved a little bit. But of course works very well.
