"I have purchased the game Age of Mythology Retold from Gameseal thinking I will be able to play the game from my Steam Account. But then I have received an account and not Steam Keys for the game. Then I reached out to Steam Support to validate the account received and to my shock Steam mentioned that they do not sell pre configured account themselves and neither they allow any third party partners to sell an account either. Steam only allows selling Keys and not a account created by any other person then the actual customer who will play. \r\n\r\nBasically, selling keys are fine by any sellers but NOT preconfigured Accounts.\r\n\r\nSteam Article on this: as Steam calls that \"Account sales scams\", not able to share links in review but just search for \"Steam Account sales scams\" in google.\r\n\r\nSteam also mentioned they these preconfigured account will get BLOCKED\/De-Activated by them if identified or if anyone report that from Report player function within Steam App.\r\n\r\nI reached out to gameseal support but they are not willing to refunding my purchase.\r\n\r\nSo, my advice to all, always purchase Keys and not pre configured Accounts as it will eventually get deactivated, anyday."
