After ordering a pair of skinny jeans online they arrived but we're faulty, I returned them immediately in the same packaging via the post office, I then recieved an email 2 days later saying " the jeans did not meet the Gap returns policy" but out of courtesy they would refund me, so in future I have no confidence in ordering from Gap, just in case they do not accept a 100% perfect return (apart from the fault they arrived in).

Adding to that the refund was wrong, I had to contact them to get the correct amount for the refund.
