I recently gave 1* feedback as I had not received my order. I wish to change this as the order had been marked as delivered, although I did not receive it. ( Not sure what happened there.) However, I have been contacted by the company and they are giving me a full refund. I will reorder once they are back to business as usual. Many thanks.

Store has great selection with reasonable prices. Backpacks arrived very quickly after ordering and the return we had to make was made simple and easy through their DPD service, although the refund itself takes a little while to come through. Would definitely recommend using Gap Year Travel Store
