“Always look what you sign for,I have believe thats everything will be ok my company and my like Director account but after tree years have receive a letters from HRM about .Tax return not full. Be careful when signed in to agreements.And very expensive service.”

Dear Vytautas Silanskas, As we previously explained, you hire as your Limited company accountants. Before signing the agreement, you were given a list of services that are included in your monthly bookkeeping package. Personal Self Assessment was not included. And only reviewing the offer, the agreement was signed by you. More over, after reviewing email correspondence, it was discovered, that we have never received a request to complete your Self Assessment. We put a lot of effort into clarity and transparency. And our client get more than they sign for. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations and wish you to be more vigilant with the information presented in the future.
