“AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I urge you. I’ve had so many issue with this company but the one that takes the absolute cake is when my insurance raise mid policy from £58 to £159 for a 2006 car with no email or letter indicating this was going to happen. It’s only by chance I called and I was made aware of this. So sneaky and doggy. Now I’ve been waiting almost three weeks and still can’t get an explanation they're now passing the blame to Close brothers saying I need to contact them. Cheap is not always better. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Insured my car 24th of April Paid for it. Then I found out my insurance started on the 27. Of April. I have contacted the company they said it’s Confused.com fault.”

“I chose iGO4 based upon a competitive quote. Initial impressions are positive, but the process to upload documentation could be improved. It isn't clear that both sides of the driving licence photocard need to be submitted. Also, evidencing previous no claims discount was painful: the 'statement of fact' received from my previous insurer (and the only document detailing my NCD) wasn't deemed to be sufficient and required a long phone call to iGO4 resolve the issue. I thought that insurers had an industry-standard way of sharing this information?”

“Fast and efficient very good price. Would have been 5 ,but the credit company they use sent email that would not download,and when i spoke to them,lady lets say"seemed to be having a bad day"and was quite abrupt.”
