“The deal value was in the top 3 and I chose iGO4 as I had been a customer in the past. I had an issue with payment as I kept getting a technical issue error and after waiting 18 minutes in the customer service queue, I was told to clear cache and restart the browser. I was also unable to add my new policy to my email as it was used before. I'm still waiting for an email reply from customer service on how to proceed.”
