“contacted customer services due to my licence renewal being delayed (DVA in Northern Ireland are the worst). talked to a representative named sara, sorted all my problems out. exceptional customer service from igo4 hopefully all the employees are as good as sara.”

“I had excellent service from my call advisor Rukhsana. couldn’t have been more helpful and my request was very complicated. many thanks. CM ps system would not let me rate customer service. i would have selected 5”
