“Rude and unbelievably arrogant , First time i called the company about a car accident . noy even a claim but just to report an accident because the 3rd party will be taking care of the accident . as soon as i got through the the person he immedatly stated i was shouting , and i explained that i was not angry or shouting or being upset ... line dead .. So poor !!!!! dont bother with people .”
