Hello, Thank you for your review. To set up a direct debit, you need to call us. We can offer this facility when you take out a new policy with us or at renewal. Unfortunately, you cannot change your method of payment mid-term. The number you need is 01733 308235. Many thanks, Holly

“Worst insurance Company A car crashed into me i was not in the car at the time I do have video evidence of the crash insurance company I’ve said it is something I will have to deal with myself I will have to claim against myself as they will not provide the drivers details that is up for me to do so they say the police will not give me the details so I have now found the drivers details and there still not helping me out I have a disabled person that can no longer use this car And they’re saying I may not get a courtesy car even though I paid extra for this when taking policy out disgrace 20 years of driving with no claim this is the first time I’ve ever made a claim”

“You get my attention with a cheap quote. Then you "find" new information and charge me another 50% on top. No longer cheap insurance and I feel ripped off. Bad tactics, not a good way to do business. Should have found all the info before hand.”

Hi Mr. T, Thank you for your review. Our website states that we require any claims, losses or accidents in the last five years, regardless of blame, to be declared when inputting your details to obtain a quote. All insurers input any claims information on the Claims Underwriting Exchange, if any claims are found that were not initially declared at the inception of your policy, these are then added on and any change in premium is chargeable. We also advise customers that if there are any discrepancies with the information that has been inputted that this can cause an additional premium to be charged. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department on 01733 308 235 and one of our customer service agents will be able to expand further on why there has been an additional charge on your policy.
