I recently had a concerning experience with my investment account. Three months after starting, I tried to make my first withdrawal, but my account was unexpectedly locked. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I didn't receive a response. Luckily, a colleague recommended I contact rerevert.com, a professional recovery service. Their team guided me through the process, and I was able to successfully recover my funds. I'm grateful for their assistance and wanted to share my experience to caution others.

Ordered a huge storage unit amd came with lots of missing pieces. Paid over 4700 for the storage shed Now i have to buy missimg parts; screws, handles etc Looks like i got a returnex unit and the wrong design too!!!!

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 5th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. AVOID AT ALL COSTS These people are a disgrace. They won't pay, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails. They simply don't care. They're supposed to be health insurance providers but they make your mental and physical health WORSE and you end up financially out of pocket. They should not be allowed to trade.

Probably the worse company I've ever used. Setting up is terrible. Claiming your money back takes about 5 weeks. Terrible service. Unfortunately I am forced to use through my company.

They dont want to help you. They just want to sit and relax not doing their job. Every thing that has stated in my coverage somehow didnt exist. Complicated and not helpful at all. If want declaration and explanation they just repeat the same thing over and over again that doest answer any of the question. The worst insurance company ever.

The worst insurance company to avail foreign travel insurance. Very pathetic service during claiming process. there is no SLA to resolve any kind of issues arising during claiming process. Things are taken for granted as if. No escalation with in their own team.

They are unethical Fraudsters. They come up reasons to reject even simplest of claims. Can you imagine eye glasses were ordered after visiting an eye doctor. Both were summitted in 1 claim. They declined claim for glasses stating only 1 claim can be made in a span of 2 years, citing doctor visit as an independent claim. I was shocked to hear this novel interpretation.

Ordered some furniture which should have been delivered three days ago.. Received three texts to confirm, then late afternoon the day before a text to say its been rescheduled. Tried to contact them via their site.. Robotic reply was absolutely useless, so had to ring. Was informed that my product had not been shipped as yet??.. Just tried again to send them a message through their site and it doesn't even send. Really unhappy with their service so far..

I am from TCS and I always have problems logging into the Mayfair Portal, and they’re always finding reasons to decline my claims. Really disappointed and frustrated with the service they’re providing.

I am in TCS and the password always expires. Even i have reset it it gives random error issues like 'Log in temporally suspended due to too many failed attempts' or 'There was a problem logging you in with the details you supplied.' And what is with the stupid mathematical question? Which stupid company has designed this? Utterly disgraceful.

They came up with excuses after excuses to increase my premium as soon as my cooling off period was over. Example; within my 7 years NCB, one of those years was a traders cover and apparently that didn't count and I should have disclosed that! How? How on earth was I suppose to disclose that when the stupid form online doesn't give me that option and the brain dead idiot sales rep doesn't ask!

Had a quote online then had to call into the office to purchase the insurance, was told that the business cover I requested was incorrect (even though I have had this cover 15 years) the person I was talking to had no idea what they were talking about and was the only person in the office? When questioning her opinion she got on the defensive telling me she was correct...anyway appalling customer service no knowledge of services and glad I went elsewhere for my insurance (with the same business cover).
