The nightly eye dropper nicely and gently brings on slumber. If i'm particularly wired, 23 drops brings the curtain. Not mentioned in the packaging but learned from the frequent Tommy updates is do not immediately swallow. Allow 30-60 seconds to pass so the mixture can act sublingually in the lower mouth.”
