“Really user friendly website. The information provided was very informative and there were other good reviews so that provided me with assurance and confidence to book a phone consultation. I was not able to get an appointment in my own physical surgery. The doctor rang at the arranged time, carried out my phone consultation and provided me with a sick certificate for work within one hour.”
