I do not recommend ordering cards here. The customer is misled. They write that the expected delivery time is the next day, but then it turns out that the cards are never delivered. I've been disappointed in you once again. It was a very important order. Then says that it was the post office's fault.I will never order from you again because you never deliver. I do not recommend!!!

I have ordered a personalised compass which costs £17 + another £4 for delivery.
Does not worth even £5.
The quality is rubbish and the cover is scratched. I definitely cannot embrace myself to give it as a gift to anyone.

I would advise you to avoid this company. They have failed to deliver my Christmas present twice. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. You cannot get to speak to anyone. Their online chat box is switched off. They have turned off comments on Facebook and Instagram. Absolutely terrible service.

Fast delivery and good service but really disappointed about the lack of protecting packaging to keep the vase from being damaged. When I received item it was loose and rattling around and was not expecting to see a loose vase.
