“Shocking service! Would never shop here again. Paid for a icandy pram bundle, two car seats and a car seat base and take two months to arrive. The car seats were suppose to be sent to us. We got an email say now need to collect. We went to collect the items. We made to wait for an hour in the shop. When I spoke to the lady she was adamant I only bought 1 car seat. Spent thousands of pounds on these items and service has been nothing short of disgraceful.”
