“I want to arrange insurance for my car, hasting direct made an offer but I was cannot unable to accept. I was advised to change my browser, I`m a senior citizen and don`t know how to do this I phoned them only to find out that due to the virus they are not accepting new customers over the phone. I had been trying for 3 days to give them my business, It does not make sense the virus started 3months ago. I now have to start again. Their quote is still being offered.”

“The lowest price showed very little saving on the renewal price from AA. Incidentally, they were unable to give a quote this time. That is very strange! So, I will renew with the existing insurer. This is the first time I, or my father have not had success with you. Thank you”

“Excellent help. Best offer from you reduced the AA quoted renewal from £488 to £300. I went on phone to current insurer and they reduced their £488 to £329 so I accepted that, a saving of £159! So great help and will recommend your service whenever I can. Thank you so much. A grateful 78yr old!”
