“I tried numerous times to access a site via gocompare for my car insurance, a message kept flashing up that it was timing me out, the premium was then increasing every time I re-accessed it. I don’t know if the insurance company Swinton was at fault but it felt like I had been lured by the initial low premium which then wasn’t the case.”
