Hi Raymond, Thanks for leaving your feedback. You can make a claim on your excess protection cover here: https://www.excessclaim.co.uk. The scheme code you need to enter is 10536, and your excess protection policy number, which you will find on your schedule of insurance. Also the claims team can be contacted on 0330 123 3540, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
