“Site was reliable and easy to use. The form for car and House insurance was generally well presented and clear but some areas could do with refinement, extra sections and better supporting descriptions. E.G. parking definitions especially for people in flats and gated areas.”

“It was easy to use. No complaints about Go Compare, but beware the insurance companies who lure you into signing up to a credit agreement with a third party. Additional e-forms to fill, on what should have been a simple direct debit transaction. They even want to do a credit check! The Insurance company should display this information before customers waste their time. Perhaps Go Compare should insist on this information being displayed early.”
