“On two separate occasions his week I have tried to pay for my renewal and on both occasions the Payment process was faulty. Nothing wrong with my details, as far as I can tell, and certainly nothing wrong with my Debit card. And each day takes me closer to having no insurance on my car. The on line help line was no use either, round and round. GoCompare has worked for me in the past but not this time. Very frustrating.”
