“I was very impressed with the thoroughness with which they undertake the various comparisons. The result of this was that when I eventually chose an insurer virtually all their questions had already been answered and there were few boxes left to be filled in. Very impressed and I would go there again. I did have one problem during the initial process though. I declared a previous accident for which I was never to blame and all costs were born by the other party without my involvement, I therefore had no idea what those costs had amounted to. The GC questionnaire refused to accept the blank box and I was forced to rely on pure guesswork before they would move on.”
