“The actual site is acceptable and easy to use but once through to the actual insurance provider there are always add~ons that make a much more expensive quote than the original quote on the Go compare site.”

“the information passed from gocompare to admiral insurance was incorrect. My name is maria stojanovic my daughter has email account (g.gott@btinternet.com) which i use as i do not have a computer. The information sent to Admiral was for Maria Gott, the wrong phone number etc. I will not use this site again”

“Initial quote from Saga was £40 cheaper than my insurer's renewal; details of 'no fault' claim was already on file. Saga asked for more info and when I input 'hit whilst parked' it increased by over £40 with a higher excess. Renewed with existing provider.”

“I found a good quote but could not complete it I know not why so phoned the company and the quote had gone up by £80! they could not find quote even though I had N EMAIL FROM THEM TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME THE COMPANY WAS AUTONET, they seemed to think that the fault lay with your site!”

“I got quoted prices of £299 and £305 but when i go to both the associated websites they boost the price up to around £350. On both occasions they say the price is £50 more because i wanted to protect my no claims, i cancel that but on both occasions the price goes down by just £10 and not the stimpulated £50, Hastings and pink being the culprits causing me not to accept the quotes and feeling mislead.”

“I asked for a car insurance quote on your site. Quite promptly your website gave me lots of quotes and Saga’s quote came on top and cheapest. But I came to pay they wanted me to pay £21 more than the quote. Therefore it has shaken my trust on the reliability of your website.”

“What is the point of a comparison site when all the prices high. The whole point of using these sites is to find a good offer. My car insurance goes up every year even though my no claims increases. You are just promoting a criminal racket.”
