Hi Marianne, Thanks for leaving a review. To activate your free excess cover, simply follow the below steps: Go to www.GoCompare.com. Log in to the correct account. Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Receive your documents via email in 48 hours or post in 5 - 10 days.
