“To be absolutely frank the go compare site was not a good experience at all. Obviously put together by a smart Alec and not someone who would have kept it simple and straight forward. The first time I used it earlier in August 2020 it wasn’t until near the end getting up to the point of getting a quote that I came across the information that a quote couldn’t be done beyond a certain period so a lot of time and effort was wasted putting in all the details required then havin to do the same again from scratch a week or so later. These people that put websites together need to remember what KISS stands for and means. Not everyone is computer literate. At one stage I was going to pack it in and go else where all because the site is not that user friendly.”
