“I have just copleted the purchase of my insurance renewal with the Halifax.This is due to take effect on the 1st of Aug 2020. (Policy No 132359283 01). And on the advice of your email i tried to apply for the £250 excess package that you offer. But when i arrived at the ACCEPT & REDEEM section itwould not accept my details.Should i wait until my policy becomes live before i try again? If you could let me know i would be most obliged.
