“I don't know what happened, but having logged into your site. I then get given the RAC for the cheapest insurance. It was very odd, I had just been checking the insurance out with the RAC. The lowest insurance they could offer me, was over £400. Then an RAC offer came up £200 less. So I obviously I bought that. I didn't understand what the £250 was for? If at all possible, I would like an explanation of what happened. Andrew Jackson. PS: I can't recommend you, or not recommend you. I didn't use your agency.”
