“It’s a very easy site to use , takes minutes to get quotes , then easily redirected to the company I chose to go with , my only criticism would be the amount of emails being sent to me but even that is not a big issue just something I felt was not necessary”

“Low price. Free excess but, how do you know what I have is free? The policy document doesn’t say Otis free! I chose M&S. I am supposed to get a £50 voucher but, there is no mention of it in their documentation!”

“The process was very good, until I went to take out the insurance. I was then informed, after filling out the numerous forms, that the vehicle needed to have a tracker fitted, and cover was then declined. It would have been useful to have that requirement stipulated at the start of the process, to give me time to check whether or not the car was fitted with one.”
