“The process was very good, until I went to take out the insurance. I was then informed, after filling out the numerous forms, that the vehicle needed to have a tracker fitted, and cover was then declined. It would have been useful to have that requirement stipulated at the start of the process, to give me time to check whether or not the car was fitted with one.”
