“I asked for a renewal of my house insurance. You have given me different company quotes. I selected one of them (Grove & dean). Their page states that they will call shortly and then I can pay and start the insurance. Nobody called. We called them, nobody picks up the call. I am still waiting. At the moment, house is not insured for 2 days.”
